Return policy

What should be my concern to return any product ?

  • at LazyFever, we follow a 7 lazy days return policy*
  • the return should be filed on or before the 7th day from the date of arrival or delivery.
  • The items you are returning must be with our box, packaging and etcetera as delivered to you.
  • There is no refund! The product will be replaced.
  • The return request will only be accepted if the product delivered is in damaged condition / wrong product delivered by us
  • The return request will be rejected, if the items are not sent back according to the policy mentioned.

  • CAN I CANCEL THE PLACED ORDER?

  • Yes,you can but the option is available only till the shipping process is initiated.

  • to cancel your order:

  • if you have a LazyFever account ,click on “my orders”< click on “order id” < click on “cancel order”button.
  • If you don’t have a LazyFever account, click on “track my order” < type the “order ID” < click on “cancel order” button.

  • HOW CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT?

  • If you have a LazyFever account, click on “my account”< “my orders” < click on “order id” which you want to return < click on “return” button.
  • If you don’t have a LazyFever account, click on “track my order” < type the “order ID” < click on “return” button.

  • Note:

  • You’ll receive a mail from our end, please follow the instructions as mentioned in it.
  • The return button only appears for 7days from the date of product delivered.

  • IS THERE ANY REFUND GIVEN?

  • No there is no refund initiated from our end!
  • The product filed for return will be replaced. If it is sent back according to the policy mentioned.
